Traditional house renovation / Rhodes / Greece / Completed 2018
The renovation of this traditional house materialized at the village of Lachanias in Rhodes island during summer of 2018. The use of a soft earthy and organic array of colors and materials, such as sandy cementitious floors & walls, whitewash paint, wood, the unification of spaces and the provision for a great outdoor jacuzzi and patio on the rooftop, contributed in a successful recreation of the local traditional building style with a touch of modernity.
